We only stayed one night, but checkin was simple and I felt welcomed. The concierge desk was extremely helpful in giving walking directions to sites and also in arranging a handicap accessible taxi to the airport

A very well kept hotel with spacious room, clean, serviced to the "T". Super location - right next to the convention center and to good restaurants and grocery stores. Great pick if you need something close to the old part of Quebec City.
