We had a suite and it is very big. The room is old and badly need a refurbishment; the furniture looks like left over from the sixties; there is not enough electrical outlet for modern day living. The drain in the bathtub is partially blocked and water drains slowly. Our room is next to the tunnel which metro run thru, and we can feel the noise and the shake every time when a train passes by.

Despite the fact the staff was quite helpful, I had to ask for the electric kettle 3 times...
First, there was no tray with coffee and tea and kettle in our room
After I asked they gave us an electric kettle that, when plugged, the power in the room went off
In the following day, we requested the kettle....they brought us just the kettle...no coffee, no tea, no cups
then, after the 3rd request, the brought the tray with everything: kettle, tea, coffee, cups etc
When cleaning the room, no water was refilled.....
But again, despite all that, the staff was always prompt to help.....
