wifi inconsistent. but the rest is great!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Pool nice and clean, and beautiful rooftop area for relaxing. Excellent value accommodation.

Our stay at Green garden was fantastic. The staff could not be more helpful. The location was close enough to walk to all the main attractions. If you're here you have to get a massage at Fabri's totally incredible and $800k for 5 hours of massage and a 3 course meal unbelievable!! The room is refreshed every day with new towels and small bottles of water but should you need more water the supermarket is only a two minute walk to your right. The food menu is great with something for everyone and do yourself a favour and get breakfast included. The coffee here is also fantastic! Can not speak highly enough of the green garden.

Staff were excellent and could not do enough to make my stay pleasant

This property was a good choice for our two nights in Kuta. The included breakfast was excellent and filling. We did not use the rooftop, but it is well kept and would be a nice play to lay in the sun and read. The pool is well-maintained and attractive, including an out-of-place but whimsical, panda statue. We did not use it, however. We were pleased with the location of our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. It was quiet and had a nice balcony and view. I would not have wanted a room on the ground floor near the pool, as guests must walk very closely to your room. The service was excellent, and the staff friendly and hospitable. I had a minor complaint about the cleanliness of the room when we arrived, and the housekeeping manager was responsive, unnecessarily apologetic, and extremely accommodating. I felt that he was sincerely concerned about our satisfaction and comfort. My only criticism about this property is that the rooms are stark. Everything is white, and there are no decorations on the walls whatsoever. Thus, there is no Balinese charm, but if that doesn't bother you, then I think you would be pleased to stay at this hotel. The property could definitely improve from an environmental sustainability perspective by using refillable dispensers for toiletries and water dispensers, rather than plastic bottles.

Excellent hotel! Great service, clean rooms with super comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast. There is nothing more you could want for this price.
