Our initial room had a few issues, one of which was the loud air conditioner / fan which kept us up at night. The room phone was also not plugged in and actually wasn’t possible to because it didn’t have a cable. The toilet door also had issues with closing. We eventually managed to swap to another room in the 3rd night (not ideal), which was better but it took time to sort out and even with the new room the air fan system still made a noise which we were better off keeping it off - this of course meant it was hot and muggy in the evening. The photos of the molton brown amenities was very very deceiving. The bottle of “body lotion” was of sample size, not even enough for your hands let alone body. We were also not aware of the gym being located on the 2nd as this was not made clear to us upon check in. We made a note to the staff at reservation that we would be celebrating our wedding anniversary. The team acknowledged the email but did nothing. Utterly ignored any efforts which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and kind especially Adrian but overall the hotel was subpar for the price and was not as described really. The only positive was the location. Would not recommended staying and would not stay again either.

Hotel is very clean A/C in room was very loud Room overall was nice but tiny ( I paid a lot of $$ because it was during bball finals . But overall a good experience

The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from Times Square. We arrived before published check-in time, but Adrian at the front desk allowed us to have an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. The room was clean, and air conditioning worked well during what were several extremely hot days. When we checked out we were able to store our luggage, which was very helpful given that we weren't leaving NY until early evening.

Decent hotel for the price, good location in Time Square and very nice staff. I could definitely tell that some things need updated; front door would not shut all the way without pulling/pushing and slamming it, windows left open and tough to close when we arrived, and sink constantly dripping.

Good room! Our view kinda sucked but that’s okay there wasn’t any mini fridges but the ac kept our drinks cold. Was a great room to sleep in Thank you!

Great location

Quaint hotel. Good location to Times Square and other key locations. Clean room, nice staff.

They never clean room except the bed sheet if you have your luggage’s on the floor. The front desk lady at night always not giving her best out of her and finally she brought the attitude and threaten me if I keep complaining about house keeping she’s gonna hang up the phone call which she barely answer on the other night. They never tryna dealing with issue.
