I was really surprised at this property. I thought it was a world, renowned golf hotel. It was absolutely no bar. The restaurant was small. It looks like it has been updated but on the fourth floor our room was good, but the hallways were disgusting. They had horrible carpeting with stains all over them, and we came out of the elevator. The walls were chipped.

Hotel staff was great. The beds were great and room nice but hallways and room need painting as beat up due to workers staying there The only issue is horrible showers took 8 minutes to get warm water.

Our 4 day stay was in Room 401. Pet friendly. End of hallway on the fourth floor. I can only describe our stay as frustrating. Firstly, there was no hot water for the first two nights. Then a maintenance crew was sent and the problem was fixed. The telephone in this room did not allow me to communicate with the front desk. The other problem with the room was the humidity factor in the room. Although the A/C ran constantly our clothing felt damp to the touch. That issue was never corrected.
Yes, I was offered another room but if you have ever traveled with pets changing rooms is more of a hassle than enduring cold showers and damp clothes. At least with my pet it is.

The hotel it self was okay yes the rugs were dirty but still nice. I requested a King size bed and was given a handicap room so didn’t like that the bed was so much smaller even though I paid extra for a King room. The main reason why I wanted to stay there was for the hot hub and of course it wasn’t working so no heat at all, the pool was warmer than the hot tub. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay the reviews online had us to excited but it wasn’t amazing feel like I could have taken the money somewhere else and got better food for cheaper (yes you have to pay extra for breakfast).

Clean room, nice staff at Check in, and plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable, and the ac worked fine. What more could you ask for. Thank you Holiday Inn Express.
