This was by far one of my favorite vacations yet. From the moment we entered Zel and was introduced by Juan (amazing btw). I truly felt like I was able to relax. the room was spectacular. The service was amazing. I can’t wait to be back!

Our stay at Zel Punta Cana was absolutely excellent! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The resort is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and modern, the pools and beach were amazing, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and families. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and every restaurant we tried exceeded our expectations. The service throughout the resort was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing, fun, and luxurious. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Zel Punta Cana to anyone looking for an unforgettable all-inclusive getaway!

Best food and experience

This was a beautiful hotel. Was very quiet and layed back.

Overall, our stay was just okay. The resort is beautiful—the décor is modern and relaxing, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the spa was excellent. Unfortunately, those were the highlights of our stay. The biggest letdown was the service. Throughout the resort, many staff members seemed disengaged, and it often felt like helping guests was more of an inconvenience than a priority. The food was decent overall, and we didn’t like that dinner reservations only opened after our first day, making it difficult to plan. That said, our dinner at Tacorini on July 12 was the exception. It was by far the best meal we had during our stay, and the service there was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—it was the only dinner that truly felt like the level of hospitality was superior! One bad experience that really stood out was being approached by one of the guys from the front desk with what sounded like a complimentary gift, only to discover it was a sales pitch for a resort presentation. On the day we politely declined, the staff member’s attitude noticeably changed. It felt pushy and really left a bad taste. We normally tip generously because we appreciate great service, but this was one of the few vacations where consistently good service was difficult to find. We look forward to coming back to Punta Cana but not to this resort again.

Amazing resort ideal for resting and relaxation. Rooms are spacious, great for traveling with small kids and you can enjoy the amenities of the entire Melia complex where is at, water park and themed park with lots of family entertainment.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

The property was beautiful but what stands above everything that was good it has to be the staff. We received top tier service everyday. They took every opportunity to spoil us making sure we needed for nothing. The selection of food was good. Ralphy was an amazing amazing concierge. He went above and beyond to make our stay the best.

Best hotel I’ve been in a long time. KEIRIN is been very helpful and booked all the restaurants for me and showed me all the amenities and spa.

Excellent all around. The hotel even upgraded us to a suite for celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with them. We had a wonderful time and each of the restaurants on site were absolutely delicious. The staff was truly 5 stars!! from greeting to helping to remembering our names by the next day of our stay. We will definitely go back with the rest of our family. Big shout out to Andres !!! our personal concierge assistant who helped us navigate activities, reservations and things to do all around during our stay. We are forever thankful.
