This is advertised as a Radisson Blu hotel.
It is not.
It is now a majestic hotel.
We stayed here 6 months ago when it was still Radisson Blu… I don’t believe any maintenance has been completed since the takeover - the staff are lovely and helpful but the hotel has lost everything about it that made it special.
It is not worth the money it is charging - we will not be staying there again.
In fact, I honestly feel cheated that Expedia sold me a stay with the Radisson Blu and what I got was something of far less quality and value for money.

The room was poor. No better than a travelodge. Really dated. Grubby carpet. Air on didn’t work. Really over priced.

We were really impressed with the Radisson Blu, not having stayed there for many years. We already had plans so didn't get to use the bar or restaurant but the room was lovely and really comfortable. The staff were all very professional and pleasant. We'll definitely stay there again

Was a bit concerned when I found out the hotel had been rebranded from Raddison Blu to Majestic but found there was nothing to worry about.
Room was well appointed and very clean & comfortable
Slept a little too well due to a heavy night so unfortunately cannot comment on breakfast
Would definitely stay again

Room and facilities can't be faulted. Slight frustration when issue with room key took a while to be resolved as there was no-one on reception. Would have also liked drinks to have been replenished on the 2nd day.

少しがっかり This is hotel is advertised as a raddisson blu hotel …. It IS NOT A RADDISDON HOTEL! it has changed to majestic and these are 2very different establishments! Gone are the plush rooms gone are the amazing clean rooms gone the concierge lounge ( replaced by a pool table!)breakfast…. well wasn’t worth the money plus there were probably only 5 families having breakfast while we’re were there and they had sectioned the best bit off where you could watch the trains. The only thing it has going for it were the 2 poor receptionists who were originally Raddisson employees who were trying they’re best with all the complaints.Save your money and go to premier inn it’s nearer the train ststion and has better facilities.
