良い友人と滞在
They put our luggage into other guest room and we actually had to go into other room to pick our luggage out at 10 o’clock at night. It was uncomfortable and unreasonably stressful. Although they did try to make up for it, it truly did ruin our first night of a two night day. That being said, you cannot beat the location. The hill was amazing and staff were beautiful.

Parking isn't convenient because it is at the bottom of the hill but once you are all in, you are all in. Our rental car got hit in the parking lot and there was no note attached. We had to pay for damages. But other than that.... we loved our stay and plan on doing it again next year.

The location was unique, being so close to lifts and rental shop. The views were great. The service was great- the staff was so nice. Especially loved the cat ride up the mountain. Would recommend for anyone and worth the extra fee.
My only criticism was the wi-FI. It’s pretty slow and not strong enough to stream. Hope they can upgrade that one soon.

Staff were great, very helpful and accommodating. General atmosphere in the hotel was nice - friendly staff and guests. Food in the casual restaurant was nice and reasonably priced.

The deluxe room is a double bed. They don’t mention that in the listing. Try sleeping two 6’ adults in that…
Staff is mixed. Half are excellent, other half are just too cool and into themselves to be bothered. Three times in three days, at various times including at dinner, I found it easier just to serve myself. Then they stand there when the time comes to pay and the prompt says, add 18% tip…. Granted it must be difficult to find good workers that want to work up there, but still, as a guest, it was frustrating.
Great breakfast helped.
