I have stayed here 3 times on my way up to NH but I will never stay here again. I arrived to a room that wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty and the bed looked like someone had a good time in it. It was disgusting. I called the front desk, she came to see the room and said she can give me clean sheets and I can put them on myself, since she was the only one working at the time. I said absolutely not, I asked for another room she said she couldn’t do that because she didn’t have anymore rooms available in that price point. She offered me another room in a higher price point but I would have to pay the difference. Again I said absolutely not since this isn’t my fault. We went back and forth and she finally gave me another room for the same price I paid. But I still did not sleep comfortable after going through all of that. After a long car ride the last thing you want is to arrive to a dirty room.

Our 1st time here. But will definitely be our stop to rest place. It's already pinned for our future stop.

Hot water was my biggest issue. Shower started off warm. A couple minutes in it went cold. Called front desk. Said manager would be in in 10 minutes and would address issue. But in the meantime let hot water run. Spouses shower was also cold. I skipped shaving because of water temp. On our way past front desk we were told manager doesn’t work weekends but she’d leave a note with our info for manager to call Monday. During breakfast I asked 2 other families if they had hot water. They also said they all took cold showers. I called Monday after not receiving any response. Still waiting for callback

Great stay - showers could have been hotter and it would have been nice if the pancake maker worked in the morning but otherwise staff was great, place was clean and the price was right!

Breakfast was good

The cleanliness was great and the updates was good. It make me want to come back again. I hate hotels that dont keep up with the place but this one does an excellent job on that.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and breakfast was good.

Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was clean but there were problems with the shower. Water would get cold, then warm up, then hot and then cold again. It seemed to work better in the AM but not the PM. Also the water pressure wasn’t the best. Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine wasn’t working and fruit choices were limited. Parking looked fine but we didn’t have a car so I’m not sure if there were any issues.
