Great hotel, nice gym and pool area.

Definitely book this hotel , outstanding customer service from all the staff , good location, club lounge staff especially can’t do enough for you well done 👏👏👏

We loved the room! The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

Właściwie jedynym minusem hotelu jest pewna odległość od stacji metra - trzeba przejść około 10-15 minut. Bardziej kameralna niż w innych hotelach jest opcja lounge club to jest bufet przekąskowy jest mniejszy natomiast jakość serwowanych produktów jest wysoka. Przemiłe panie do stolików serwują napoje alkoholowe i inne (pełen wybór). Bardzo dobre śniadanie - jedna z lepszych wersji europejskich z pysznym wędzonym łososiem i małymi tartami. Wszystko przebija niesamowity widok na zatokę. Hotel do polecenia.

Fantastic rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location.

The hotel is fabulous. The staff is really the best we have come across in our world wide travels. Special mention to customer relations staff Karen and Angel and Vivian. In the dining room we much appreciated Yan and Calvin; they were always friendly and professional and helpful and engaged us as individuals, remembered preferences and willingly chatted and communicated with us. The concierge services are stellar, housekeeping efficient and kind and able to recall and adapt to preferences. Truly a great and more importantly human and people oriented hotel. KUDOS!

Room was cleaned daily except for toilet bowl which was malfunctioning and had to use another toilet at the gym room, otherwise all was good.

Centrally located. Amazing view and staff. Furniture in rm scratched in need of TLC.

Five stars all the way around for this property! Highly recommend the CLUB level. This is what a FIVE star hotel is all about! The staff are exceptional. Rooms are gorgeous with a view. When the refrigerator stopped working, they replaced it within ten minutes! The concierge assisted me with some travel bookings. Everyone is so kind and happy to help! Beautiful pool and bar area, saunas, etc. Restaurants and room service are also excellent. The valets assist with luggage and getting taxis and even giving recommendations. When I'm back in HONG KONG, I'll be back at ICON! It was my first time in HONG KONG and the hotel helped me fall in love with the city!

The facilities are very modern, very comfortable and rate amongst the best in the world. This hotel however is catapulted to the very top by its exceedingly professional and polite, but at the same time very human and friendly staff. It was a pleasure to have been well taken care of by them - each and every one of them. Bravo!
