Great location, good price, clean and comfortable rooms.

Again, had a fantastic stay at my favorite hotel in Boston

This was a decent hotel overall. The best part is the location to restaurants and boardwalk. It was in South Boston the calmer side of Boston as North Boston is where all the action is with tourists. I feel the amenities could have been better considering you are charged a daily resort fee. The pool was a basic lap pool with no jacuzzi. The exercise area was small. We did enjoy the complimentary bikes which are helpful in getting around. The rooms were standard and no one cleaned our room for two days and I had to request it be cleaned. Staff were quick to address issues quickly as I had a few regarding service and beds. Food in restaurants were good. Overall this hotel was average and too pricey for what you get.

Great coffee maker. They left a coffee k cup inside it.

Hidden gem on the Seaport. Lovely room, restaurants and walkable. Would stay again.

Outstanding Boston hotel, and I have stayed in a lot of them. Remarkable staff that is friendly, welcoming, and goes the extra mile. From the front desk to the waiters and the valet team, this is a top notch crew. Modern property well kept. Wonderful pool and gym. The breakfast is not cheap but is first rate. The buffet on the weekends is the best I've seen. The room was well laid out and modern. Plenty of good charging ports and plugs. Great shower. Oh, and they have a "pillow library" where you can get different types of pillows, brought to your room. I got a memory foam/ gel pillow that was great. The Seaport area has really come along, and this place is in the heart of it. The World Trade Silver Line is right next door. Highly recommended.
