It was a nice stay, there were some good restaurants and cafes nearby.

the receptionist is helpful, the food is so so but the service is fast. definitely on the more expensive side of hotel price in bandung, but the location is quite good if you're looking to go to dago and its suroundings

good

Coridor is too dark ... bathroom is dificult to dry ... because shower it could not closed ... so water will pouring the floor BF ... no much options ... not good lah

It was a good hotel budget but the breakfast was not so good. The food from the restaurant was great with great price.

useless front desk staff. could not provide advice on tours. dark rooms. strong smell of paint. shower suddenly becomes hot. breakfast was ok.

+ good location + spacious & clean room + good price - breakfast need improvement

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, water heater and air-con is working fine. Tv channels has many selection but i am not able to switch off the indonesia auto audio translating which come after english, all function has been search and change to english only but to no avail. Receptionist staff who works on working hour have a good attitude than midnight staff. The room powerpoint is different with Singapore. It has only 2 holes. When contact receptionist, i was told that they ran out of the converter as many guests have borrowed first. I would like to compliment security guard for their good service and attitude. Overall, i still like this hotel.

Location was great although parking was kind of small. Close to food, located near dago area, very close to ITB.

It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. All the staff were very jovial. Breakfast was not very good though. Should have some pastries. Not everybody eats beef so there should be less beef. Only beef sausages were available.
