Outdated and tacky. The location is great, but that's about it. They should strike the word luxury from their name.

After being given a different from what I paid for room, my concerns were addressed and as a whole we enjoyed a really nice stay. The staff is very professional and there were pleasant surprises.

10/10 experience. Amazing customer service!

Great neighborhood, excellent staff, very clean rooms, friendly staff

Extraordinario Hotel, con una excelente ubicacion y un destacado servicio de todo el personal. Todo los servicios del hotel son de excelente calidad. Sin duda volvere

Staff has excellent customer service!!!!!

The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop swimming pool and the staff working up there were fantastic. However, the rooms & customer service I experienced were very poor to average. There is no natural light in the rooms so like being in a dungeon. The facilities in the rooms are also bad, the TV didn’t work properly, the shower did not work properly (water dribbling out of the shower head with insufficient pressure). I politely informed staff about these issues when I arrived and that I wasn’t happy with the room and they offered no solutions. I expect more from a ‘five star’ hotel, poor customer service.

The hotel and staff was great… very clean and felt high end! Would

Perfect location, just a short walk to Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel made exploring Barcelona easy and enjoyable

Absolutely fantastic!!!
