Walking Distance to Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium & Ballpark Village. Hotel Staff were there 24 hours at front desk. Always Friendly and Helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Comfy King Bed. Love tile in bathroom and chandelier in hotel entrance. Security was priority. Elevators would only work with room key. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Delicious Home Cooked Food. Would Definitely Stay at Hotel Indigo Again.

Tiny room very old; nothing special; parking is horrible and expensive. Downtown St Louis is dead.

Let me start off by saying the staff was amazing. Everyone was very hospitable, courteous, and accommodating.. The hotel itself showed its age. The elevator could use a little touchup or maintenance. We were on the 6th floor. The room was nice and clean. It had large windows in the room in the bathroom with blackout shades. Only problem was you can hear almost everything going on. We could hear when somebody exited their room or elevator. You could hear when fire trucks drove by (almost every night) , you could hear people parked in the street playing loud music (Happened 2xs at Midnight) The bathroom door stuck, you had to pull it shut and push on it to open. The bathroom door hinge squeaks when you opened it waking my husband.
Other than that, the beds were extremely comfortable and a room service was great.

Breakfast was good the first two days. They ran out of some items on the third day. Possibly better planning would be good.

Rooms are okay staff and front desk was descent. No refrigerator and linen quality is poor. We could hear upstairs bathroom running water. Views are descent but windows are dirty from outside.
We opted for breakfast option but choices are limited. Moreover, the cutlery was dirty and had stains. There is one server and service is late. Not worth of your time if you are in rush. We opted for cafe next door and have good options.
The hotel is great location wise, 10mins to the arch and the dome.
We booked last minute and did not had many choices, but never booking at Indigo again.
