We stayed in a triple room with a double bed (2 mattresses together) and a third single bed across the room. The bathroom was very nice with a big vanity space and a curtain separating it. The AC worked but was controlled during less hot times of day. There were several ants in the room. The hotel information maintained that their eco policy allowed for the possibility of critters. I did not report the ants but one did end up crawling on me in the night, unfortunately. If this bothers you, you should call the desk. I just ignored it and enjoyed my trip.

Had a large and clean room , air conditioner worked . However the wifi did not work for 3/5 days I was there - pretty annoying and a pretty basic service for a hotel to have

The sauna was broken. Not the first time either. The main reason i chose this hotel was because of the sauna. It was broken and didn't get fixed. This is easily fixed in a few hours even if it means installing a new unit. So I feel robbed.
