I liked so far my experience great staff, great location and amazing room. Every night I felt comfortable

We did not check in and left after seeing the suite. However, the refund has not been processed. The pictures were completely different as compared to the suite that we booked. It is a request to please follow up on the refund. It was hard to find another hotel after a 17 hours flight. There was no one to carry our suitcases or even give a hand.

out of two elevators one was broken and we had to wait for a long time for it to be available. The main shower drain was clogged and water was not going down well. air conditionaing was very nice.

Great stay for my Granddaughters 16 birthday, than they went shopping on Rodeo DR. perfect day!

Excellent place to stay just the parking cost is a lot. Only gives a discount if you pay for the refundable fee extra cost.

Burton House was such a great refuge from the noise and craziness of LA. For the price, it is definitely a hidden gem. The property itself was adequately maintained and modernized. We only stayed two nights but were surprised by how comfortable the experience was. It almost feels like a boutique hotel rather than a converted extended stay. We had a King Studio Suite and enjoyed a very comfortable bed, great couch that doubled as a sofa bed, and a very nice bathroom. Secured parking is additional, so buy it with the booking through hotels.com otherwise it’s $65/night. The valet can get backed up during peak times. Just fyi, Hertz rents cars out of the secured self parking garage. Going up to the roof gives direct access to the hotel.
