The dryer didn't have the settings in English. We spent quite a lot of time to dry a load of our clothes.

Great stay at Baymond Hotel. The rooms are very spacious, the location is ideal — close to the beach and central within the Haeundae neighborhood — and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a really nice room. The pool was amazing as it is heated to 32°C and the jacuzzi 36°C, good opening times and child friendly. Breakfast was really tasty too. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself was abit rundown and was surrounded by vacant spaces that was broken down, a view that apparent for their window, marring the view of the ocean which was also partially blocked by another building. But their staff were very friendly and very accomodotive. Any request they took it upon themselves try and help even though some of them were not good with understanding of the English language. 5 stars for the service !!!

Great location with regards to places closeby -Beach and markets were closeby! But not exactly ON THE beach. Rooftop pool was nice! Not much food option on property itself but could walk to places for food within-15 mins walk. All in all comfortable stay

Great location and beautiful view

The room was immaculate. Bathroom was super sexy. That toilet!!!!!! View was amazing. Very comfortable. we would book again

The first room we got was not

A lovely hotel with spacious clean rooms and super comfortable beds and pillows, we slept so well. The roof top pool & sauna is perfect to relax.

Don’t waste your money paying extra for the “full ocean view.” The photos on the website are misleading. If you look closely, the curtains covered nearly half of the supposed full-ocean-view window . Behind the curtains, tall buildings blocked much of the view, making it a partial ocean view at best. Those building are right in front of the window, practically blocking more than half of your view from the room. I paid an ADDITIONAL $140 for two nights expecting a full ocean view, but that is not what I got. The facility itself was nice, but advertising this as a full ocean view feels completely dishonest. Large buildings obstruct the view, and when I asked the staff about it, they were rude and ignored my questions. Overall, it is not worth paying the extra price. There are many better options at Haeundae or Gwanganri areas than this hotel.
