Bed was very firm. Clean room.

Hôtel très bien situé pour se rendre à Manhattan avec le metro qui est tout près. Stationnement payant utile. Le déjeuner inclus était très bien et varié. Le lit est confortable. Stationnement pratique pour ne pas avoir à stationner dans la rue. La salle de bain est très petite et sans comptoir. Nous avons voulu ajouter une nuit durant notre séjour mais elle était presque le double du prix payé pour les autres nuits. La vue sur le toit est vraiment magnifique de jour mais aussi de nuit avec toutes les lumières de New-York. Cependant, il y aurait place à l'amélioration car il y a seulement quelques vieilles tables de pic-nic, sans parasol.

Only a 4-minute walk to the nearest Subway station. Great hot breakfast bar every morning featuring breakfast potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, yogurt and fruit and French toast and pancakes. The Wi-Fi and the AC both worked well in the room. The mattress was a little too firm for my taste but if you like a firm mattress then you will like it. Great customer service. They even let us check in early before our scheduled check-in time. Complimentary water tea and coffee as well as bagels are available in the lobby 24/7.

The hotel room is very clean and new. The breakfast is also great and fresh. The hotel is located very close to a metro station which makes it very convenient to get around.

Room was clean and good condition. All staff were very helpful . Breakfast is really good. It is worth to stay for breakfast it is very convenient location to go in city Ot Newyork

Is not somthing very luxury but is very clean rooms,the water hot with pressure in the shower (important for me) beds very comfortable,breakfast very good and fresh,easy parking around on the street,very close to train station,staff very kind!!!the only I wait to check is that happens to all hotels,they asking you 100$ security deposit (can’t understand what new tricks is that) other hotels not sent me yet and unfortunately I m on the fight with them,not fir the money just bc I don’t like feel stupid!!if this hotel send the deposit back with no problems,in my eyes will be the perfect place to stay if you want stay in NY fur couple days and I for sure I will choose again bc I m visit NY very often!!!

Rooms were big and clean, water pressure excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast was a huge plus.

Breakfast is pretty basic, but hot and included. It is clean, but no frills. It is a good location nearby to subway stops. It's a decent place to stay in a good location. A couple subway stops away from Manhattan and is less expensive than actually staying in Manhattan. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but coffee is always available near the lobby
