The air condition is very helpful for the hot temperatures.

Perfect location. Breakfast was great.

Close to station. Room was clean, stuffs were helpful. Breakfast was good and good choice. Good for short stay.

We were so pleasantly surprised at how well maintained this historic, old-world hotel was. When so many hotels have been modernized with cheap decor and Ikea-like furnishings, the Andreola Central has maintained its classic decor. Yet everything looks new because it is so well maintained. Drapes, upholstery, and carpets were spotless. Our spacious bathroom was done in beautiful Italian marble. The lobby has huge marble columns giving it a regal look. The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Our waitress in the restaurant, Anna, was so courteous and friendly, despite our language barrier. The food was prepared with great attention to detail and was very reasonably priced. We noticed the hotel owner dining in the restaurant and keeping a watch on everything. The morning breakfast buffet was also delicious and plentiful. Finally, the location was very convenient to Milan Central Station…only a five minute walk. We highly recommend Andreola Central Hotel!

The property was beautiful and good value for the money. The only irritation was the fee required upon checkout that we were not aware of and the staff were not fluent enough in English to explain it

The room was a bit of a disappointment. The air conditioning did not turn on when we entered n it took a member of the staff to come n turn it on Worse, the air conditioning was ineffective. The room was uncomfortably warm all through the night. We struggled to sleep. The staff were attentive and helpful, which is great but then again, that should be a given. Pity about the air conditioning. It spoilt everything for us.

The room we booked based on their description was not what we found. Talked to the front desk and they switched us to a good accessible room. They also got a nice room for our granddaughter. A little more money but worth it. Breakfast buffet was good hotel fare with limited options. The staff working the breakfast room were outstanding. They even got gluten free items for our granddaughter. The room was smaller than ideal for a handicapped person but we made it work. Staff at every level were gracious, helpful and attentive. The evening desk person suggested a restaurant (Momma Rosa) where we had a very good meal. The hotel is located near the central rail/bus station. Not supposed to be the safest area, but we never felt threatened. Overall, we had a good 3 day stay at a good hotel.

The hotel is nice, but definitely dated. The staff always seemed a little put-out by our presence, but they were efficient. When we arrived and got to our room, there was only one set of towels for two people and a half of a roll of toilet paper. We were only staying one night so we made everything work but overall I would not have wanted to stay here much longer.

Old world charm but a bit tired just the same. Towel racks came off the wall even after being fixed. Restaurant upstairs not as advertised and menu limited. Breakfast was okay, but not replenished until bin completely empty regardless of how long last bits of food had sat there. Coffee not offered unless you flagged someone down for it. Upcharge for omelet despite Chef standing idle the whole time seems cheesy
