The room was super cozy and cold. The staff was there every day but not in your space. There is a kitchen I used to warm up some left overs. Most cold cozy room in hot days in Rome. Easy to get to a laundry mat, termini, Lime bikes all over the place. Cool location close but not right in the middle of chaos.

Awesome quiet location near great restaurants and shopping! This was our first trip to Europe and we had an AMAZING time due to our stay and trusted transportation provided by Parsi who is employed by the property.

Room did not look anything like the pics on Expedia. Broken door frame on the bathroom door. Shower floor was at least 1 foot off the rest of the floor in the bathroom needed to step down to get out of shower, difficult to get out especially with the toilet right there. Owner did not show the room, or explain how the safe worked. Only 1 day of housekeeping in 5 day stay.

Extremely poor hygiene and neglected property — avoid this place Major issues: * Toilet hygiene Heavy yellow buildup under the rim, which looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned for years. Constant urine smell in the bathroom. * Shower condition The shower cabin is in poor condition. Worn seals and silicone cause water to leak onto the bathroom floor every time. The shower head and fixtures are covered in limescale that has clearly not been cleaned in a long time. * Broken equipment The holders for toilet paper and towels were detached. * Bed quality Extremely worn out. It squeaks loudly with any movement, and the covering is peeling and damaged. Should have been replaced years ago. * Walls and overall condition The room is very small, and the walls have visible wear marks and damage. It needs repainting. * No cleaning during stay No cleaning during the entire week. The manager said it must be requested manually, which was not clearly communicated. It’s also unclear whether cleaning is included in the price. ⸻ Conclusion: This place appears to have been renovated many years ago and not properly maintained since. The lack of cleanliness and upkeep is unacceptable. I do NOT recommend staying here. This can easily ruin your travel experience.

Comfortably sized room for two people, ideal for a short stay in Rome. Communication before arrival was easy, and we were able to arrange airport transport a day in advance. The air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of cafés, restaurants, and gelaterias nearby. It’s also well located for accessing bus routes, making it easy to get around the city.

The room was clean but quite disappointed with the tattered condition of the bed frame and unpleasant smell of the headboard. There were shops and restaurants nearby which is a big plus. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Big thank you to Neda who was always willing to help with our questions.

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay. Our room was cozy and clean. The amenities, staff services, location were all accessible and everything we wanted. The arrangement for airport pick up and drop off was easy and on time. We loved our short stay here and willl definitely book again the next time we come back.

Owner was very responsive to our questions. Very clean and comfortable.
