Toilet not properly cleaned for arrival. Was told on arrival we had to pay €20 per day for parking. Due to issue with cleanliness was offered parking for free for 4 nights. Later discovered there was no barrier so didn’t need to pay to get out of car park. Was also told on arrival we had access to the club lounge but fid not have breakfast. I challenged this and proved I booked with breakfast. When we visited club lounge it was often poorly stocked, only soft drinks available. No mention of building works next to hotel. Awoken by banging from building site by 6am three of the four mornings. Had alarm set before this time the other morning. All they did was apologise. Separate toilet with no ventilation and nowhere to hang a towel. Bin not emptied during a 4 night stay.

We were traveling with 6 people and reserved 2 suites. We were put in the conference area in rooms that were clearly more for business purposes. The A/C was barely functional in one suite (it was in the 90s F/high 30s C during our stay so the room was hot. We requested service—the A/C was never fixed. The other suite smelled like sewage. They tried to fix it but couldn’t. My kids couldn’t use their shower. The breakfast had many spoiled foods and we saw mice running around. The TVs didn’t all work and they had no options for streaming. The neighborhood was not great but it was close to the train station and buses. The staff, however, was so solicitous, friendly, and interactive. They wanted to help us but seemed unable to fix the problems. All of the front desk staff were so nice and understanding. Overall, our stay was unpleasant and I would not recommend this property to others.

Great hotel in a good location in Salzburg, with all attractions within walking distance. Nice rooms and great breakfast

Beautiful lobby. Staff quickly delivered extra pillows and blankets when we needed them.

This is an OK hotel. Radisson are different in Europe vs. in the US. This one was very large. The lobby was very nice, with onsite parking. The rooms large. Our beds were large. Dark brown carpet throughout rooms and hallway. Hotels in Salzburg are ridiculously expensive. This is one of the few with family rooms. It is near the main train station which is convenient, but the surrounding streets are dusty and bit dirty. There is a lot of new construction, so hopefully that will bring the city to clean the streets. The stores in Austria close early and some are entirely closed on Sunday, so plan accordingly. We did not try to breakfast. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu and we did not eat there so can't comment on food.

While the staff were polite the manager Sanchez who claimed everyone works under him was very rude and was having useless arguments not only with us but with other customers

The hotel was close to main station which was very convenient if you are planning to travel from Strazburg to lakes or other activities outside of the city. It is quite far from the old town so if your goal is to spend most of your days there, not ideal. Also there is a building under construction just beside the hotel and it is extremely noisy and workers start sometimes at 5-5:30am. The windows of the hotel were not sound proof at all so the construction noise was waking us up very early in the morning.

The shower drain was clogged; we reported it after the first night, but it kept flooding. This was a negative aspect regarding the room rating. The bath towels are very small. Besides, talking about other aspects the beds were very nice and the size of the room perfect! About the staff at reception, they were all very nice! The breakfast wasn’t so good as we expected. The juices were mixed with too much water. They told me that guest like it this way, I really doubt it!!! Orange juice was really horrible, today happened the same with the apple juice. People who served me at the bar were very nice and friendly.

The hotel was immaculate, with clean room and overall amenities. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests. the location was within walking distance to the canal, shops and restaurants. However, the room services need to be upgraded, as they did bare minimum. they did not replenish vanity stuff on daily basis.
