The property is well taken care of and the staff doing outstanding job of taking care of you and there and your accommodations daily. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dalian.

The overall service improved this year compared to previous years. The staffs are warm and patient. Especially in the breakfast time, they provided good service, such as serving coffee for the customers.

The east tower is the old building, not updated renovation. Breakfast is so so.

The attitude of the front desk is to be improved. Compared to as other hotel i lived such as Ritz Carlton, the front desk persons lack friendly and warm speaking tune. The way they picked up the phone and the tune did not sound like they are friendly.
