最高 Everything was great except the mattress is ready to be replaced. The location is excellent and close walking distance to most historical sites.

とても良い It was a fine stay. The hotel was not very well maintained. Stains on the carpet and walls, bathrooms and a mildew smell from the ac. Fine for a few days away but not a luxurious stay by any means.

少しがっかり Outdated rooms. Dirty accommodations with little to no improvements over the last few years outside of the lobby area. Bathroom and room in general needs a face lift and the overall cleanliness of the property is lacking. Several areas needed to be repaired and addressed in my room. I was not comfortable staying more than one night with the conditions and decided against extending my stay based on the feel and look of the property. Location is great. Parking is just okay with no mention of paid parking before you book be aware that 40 extra a night is expected. Parking is not connected to hotel and the elevator did not work on several floors. Elevator in main lobby was also shakes and needs to be serviced asap . Stay was not what I would have expected for my anniversary trip and I would have booked elsewhere if the photos of the room were honest and updated.

良い Hotel is starting to show its age. The prices for parking is ridiculous and no one can agree on the price. The website states one price, the sign on the parking garage another and the front desk still another. The restaurant is just okay. Food is overpriced for quality. The hotel has a great location.

最高 The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They greeted all guests, were respectful, and gave recommendations for how to use the subway and ideas for local eateries. The hotel was also quiet and in an excellent location- easily walkable to many attractions.

最高 Check in to check out was a smooth process. Loved the rooftop pool especially after a hot day of exploring!
We asked for dinner recommendations and were supplied with excellent options.
It was nicely located and felt safe.

最高 Nice place. The staff was great. We asked for a late check out and they accommodated us with no problem. Will stay here again
