Reception were excellent sorting a fan out for me in the heat and helping to quiet down a noisy neighbour playing music incredibly loudly.
Rooms are nice and modern.

We picked a premium studio suite as we had our 3 month old with us and needed a kitchen and space for the pram and cot (which was provided by the hotel free of charge).
The room was huge, so much space. The kitchen was well equipped and the ‘how to use’ guides were excellent.
The beds were very big and comfortable, the entrance to our room was behind a private door shared with only one other room, which meant any noise on the corridors was prevented. It was very quiet.
Staff were extremely polite, breakfast was valuable for the price and parking was underneath the building (although very tight spaces).
Everything was provided, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea bags, milk, etc.
In the main foyer there is a place to get cookies, a pantry to purchase from and a screen to order an uber.
The location is great, a short walk to the northern quarter and ancoates. Excellent place to stay, we will absolutely return and recommend to others.

Loved that and old building has been repressed. Spacious, clean modern rooms which retained original features.

I’ve stayed at Native twice before, prior to Numa taking over. Things have hugely gone down hill, it is almost like there’s no management or checks of things taking place.
Cleanliness is a huge issue, everywhere you looked there was stains, dirt or just things that have been left. When I got into the room the very first thing I noticed was a huge toenail that had been left on the sofa. It was 34 degrees and a very hot day, the bedroom ceiling fan did not work so I asked to change rooms.
Even an upgrade to a premium one bed apartment was no cleaner. The sofa had huge clumps of hair and dirt all over and it was unpleasant to want to sit somewhere that had evidently not been cleaned. The bed was covered in stains which was disgusting.
We had our dog with us, for £15 per night you get a dog bed, bowl and pack of snacks. Unfortunately some of the people who work there weren’t dog-friendly which made it uncomfortable and unfair, especially when it is advertised.
The only good thing was the location. Even the underground parking had issues, the garage door was broken, the automated lights were broken. It was dangerous!
