We booked Seaside Boutique with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived the place felt empty and like a ghost town. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart. They also advertised a kids’ room, but it simply didn’t exist. The pool was dirty, cloudy, and unmanned, and the beach was littered with rubbish and polystyrene. Events advertised by the hotel never took place. The air-conditioning in our room was set at 16°C and blasting, yet it still didn’t cool the space. On top of all this, the hotel is isolated — it was extremely difficult to get a taxi from the property. We ended up checking out two days early with no refund. Unfortunately, this was one of the most misleading and disappointing hotel stays we’ve had in Vietnam. I wouldn’t recommend this property, especially for families with children.

Wonderful rooms, location and staff. Great views from the sea facing balconies. Staff very efficient and attentive. Sadly WiFi was unreliable and with no phone signal , it’s easy to feel cut off. As with most VN hotels during service was slightly reduced. Captains Bar wasn’t open, Spa was shut and there was a midweek reduction in the breakfast service. This really should have been mentioned on the web site.

Resort mới, yên tĩnh, nhà hàng có khá nhiều món. Tuy hơi xa trung tâm nhưng bù lại có bãi biển riêng và nhiều dịch vụ giải trí khá hay. Resort lãng mạn phù hợp với các cặp đôi.

Nice weekend with my friend. Good view from room. I'll come back again

Very nice and beautiful place, staffs are very friendly and warm welcome! Will return next time again for vacation.
