Nice stay and friendly staff.

This hotel is so neat and clean. The rooms are so comfortable, quiet and safe. The staff are so helpful, pleasant, and efficient. As a unit, this hotel is very well managed. The only problem is: the gym has been closed since the pandemic. It should be opened because the hotel does not even have a swimming pool.

This is my first time staying in this hotel and very likely my last time. When I checked in, the reception asked for my mobile number and said that they’ll contact me if anything should happen in my room when I’m away. This is extremely unusual and it didn’t give me confidence in the hotels security The door of the room is hard to close so I’m literally slamming the door everytime I come back. The floor in the room is extremely dirty, my feet turned black after shower and walking around barefooted for a few minutes. The minbar doesn’t work at all and no action after I informed the reception. The sofa in my room is full of stains and my bed felt very itchy when I slept on it. I had to put a towel over to sleep everytime Walls in the toilet are dirty and the drainage doesn’t work very well. WiFi is very unstable and slow.. cannot get work done using the hotel wifi. Breakfast offering is very limited and the food is COLD. I had breakfast twice only during my stay and decided to eat out the rest of the days. Hotel definitely needs significant improvement

Good value property. Clean with great breakfast area. Unfortunately the wifi internet is very poor and unreliable. Can't even open basic webpages. There was also an ethernet port at the desk with 50mbs download speed (great), but 0.01 upload speed, making it unusable. Also at night the noise from a nearby club was loud. Would make this my goto Jakarta hotel if they fixed the internet.

Good price for location, but: walls in room need paint - many luggage stains, shower was dribble water, pillows too hard, & Breakfast/noodles fruit & sausages were all offf - give it a miss. get what u pay for...
