My stay was great. Near the station so very convenient location. They kept my luggage for free as well after checkout for a few hours. I would recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel. It’s been taken over by new management and lost ihg status which we were not told on booking,

Room and bathroom are very small, generally clean but you can see dirt on the a/c vent. Walls are damaged/paint chipped from lobby to bedroom.

The location of this property is great - the hotel overall is nice but our stay was not enjoyable. My husband and I along with our two young adult stayed for 1 night - so glad we didn’t have this booked any more than that. Our room was large but very unclean and in need of repairs. The ac did not work - we were sad but we made do but the big issue was our room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There were hairs on the floors and beds, huge dust bunnies, one of the shower doors on the corner shower stall was missing and the icing on the cake was the broken dish pieces that were left on the floor. I cut my foot and had a shard stuck in my foot. It was at this point my husband went down to get a broom so we could sweep the floor - the hotel offered to move us to a new room. The new room was cleaner but still had dust bunnies under the curtains and in the corners. It was better though as the shower was all intact and the ac worked. If you have other options for your stay I suggest going elsewhere.

Great 4 star hotel close to the central train station walking distance to city center affordable prices

Very convenient to train, trams and attractions. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Good location to hang out during the hottest part of the day during a heat wave. Nice little restaurants nearby and quiet neighborhood to walk in after dinner.

Honestly, if you can find a better place to stay, do it. The nice things about this hotel is it's location to the train and bus station and walkable to lots of things in the area. The down side, the staff was rude and uncaring, the a/c never worked and was never fixed, the coffee maker was broken and never worked. If you wanted clean plates or silverware, you were required to take it to the restaurant and exchange it. The shower worked great, but was very slippery.

If you are a single person, do not allow them to place you in room 818. It’s on the top floor, by a Works Room. It’s one tiny room, no separate shower and toilet. There is no wardrobe, no air con, no bed table, no kettle. It was an appalling experience in the recent heat. It certainly was not 4 star as I expected. It was more like a staff bedroom. And there was no manager on duty to complain to at the weekend. I was very disappointed particularly as I made the booking many months ago. Fortunately, I was moved to a room more akin to a 4 star hotel after the first night. I

Breakfast was fresh, stuff was nice, accommodation was nice, great location.
