Hotel staff were nice. Room was nice and clean. Had a problem with the hot water. Takes about 10-15 minutes for the water to get hot.

とても良い The parking was not adquate. Parking lot close to building was block. Depoist was not included on line making reservations. Recipient was not giving doing check out. Everybody do not have computer access to recieved recipient or review if depoist have been refunded to their accoint.

Got charged $150 damage fee for absolutely nothing. We checked in at 9pm , slept, and left at 7am. Hotel can’t tell me what was damaged. Stay far away from this place!

Upon walking into the room it smelled like someone had just smoked in it. I told the guy at the front desk and he said that he was going to have it sprayed. The shower rod was slanted as a result the curtain couldn’t stay up so there was a lot of water on the floor after shower. There were no housekeeping service,even though I asked for fresh towels and also asked to have the dirty towels taken out. The fresh towels came after two request and the dirty towels stayed in the room till my check out. The staff lacked customer service.

The staff was really helpful and patient. They also spoke in passing. The room was clean and spacious, they also have small amenities in the kitchen that were useful. I really enjoyed my stay.
