Friendly staff very helpful the decor is a bit dated

Situated at the upper level of a shopping mall. Good stay. Price reasonable. Quite old setup. Decent breakfast. Easy access to restaurants and convenient stores.

A very good location for me to go to the hospital and back daily for my surgery

Staff were awesome, my aircon broke down first day so the lovely staff moved me to a bigger room. With no extra cost. ❤️❤️

Room was quite dusty for the entire stay also carpets were not hoovered.breakfast was a nightmare as hotel takes coach parties for breakfast and twice we could not have breakfast as all tables were taken .think paying guests staying at hotel should take priority.staff were friendly.hotel looks.very old and dated could do with a refresh

Room has poor ventilation, mold was in the bathroom, the air feel stuffed moist or damp. It feels dusty and it isn't fresh. The reception when I checked out was not listening to me, I was going to tell him something but he decided to ignore me and answer his phone instead. I was in a rush, so I couldn't wait. If he doesn't want to hear what I'm saying, he will hear it here. He is rude and has not respect or paying attention to the customer needs. I normally don't write comments, but I had enough with this. The elevator is not clear the dust is every where in the elevator. When I step in the hall way going to the room, it feels like the dust is in the air and does not feel clean or fresh, the light in the hall way is low lightings, I couldn't see well.
