Really well located for restaurants. Very walkable to Bourke street. Great air conditioning. One bedroom apartment was very spacious.

Getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare. Staff are rude and not very helpful. I had a fall in the foyer and they didn't even ask if I was okay. Alot of training needed for staff.

The room was aged and not up to the cleanliness standards one would expect based on location and price point. It was the third apartment style hotel we stayed in on this visit to Australia and the least outfitted in terms of kitchen supplies. There was no coffee maker.

Stay every week. Check is in easy, rooms are lovely and very clean. Great location!

Definitely needs refurbishing. Inconsistent regarding cleaning procedures and changing of sheets whilst on a long stay. Some staff had less knowledge than others. A little disappointing I’m afraid.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient and quiet location. Rooms have excellent amenities (kitchen, laundry), and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I visit Melbourne each year with groups of uni students from the US and we always stay here.

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Adina Queen Street. The reception team provided faultless service, making check in and our overall experience seamless. Our apartment style room was spacious and comfortable, which is always our preference, and we were lucky to have one with a balcony. While the TV and a few appliances were a little dated, it’s clear upgrades are already in progress. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We would happily stay here again.

Room was a little older and a bit of mold, dust and dirt in the bathroom but apart from that it was fine.

Staff was very attentive. I arrived about two hours before check in but was told my room wasn’t ready. They held my luggage for me while I went shopping. Hotel is in a great location walkable distance from large shopping area. When I returned, I was checked in and received my bags no problem. When I went into the Penthouse suite, it was clean upon first glance however, I started to notice smudgs on countertops, a sponge on the floor below the staircase and the kitchen garabage can was filthy. The fridge inside looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. House keeping does not make the bed or tidy up. Used Towels weren’t collected and began to pile up. Laundry was a great feature but mini sized laundry detergent did not cut it for me unfortunately. I had to go out and buy my own which wasnt a hassle because the ez mart is right across the street. Overall, I expected more cleanliness and accommodation from the penthouse suite.
