I was a little disappointed to see that the rooms didn't come with microwaves. I wonder why? Overall, the stay was good. Room was cleaned to perfection. Staff was helpful. I will book again in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon in 1975 and it was a Qualty Inn, called "The Q." Our recent stay was for my wife's 75th Birthday and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. Parking was okay. Check in and out was smooth. The only negative experience was, my wife left her curling iron in the room, but when we went back the next day, there was no report that it was found. We were very disappointed because this was a very good quality item that my wife had for 15 years. I worked in Hotel Management for 20 years and the lost and found policy was that if housekeeping found something that the guests forgot and left in the room, they could keep it after 30 days. Well, we returned the very next day and there was no report of it being found. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

One of the ladies at the front desk failed to disclose that I would have a hold of $50 after I specifically asked her. She said the hold was $40. I asked because I ALWAYS use my credit card for the deposit and my debit card for the room fee. Also, she never mentioned I was paying $20 a night for parking. So the parking fee was the $40 (2 night stay). Monday morning when I checked my account there was a $50 hold, which has since been refunded. When I called on Monday I was informed

I had a great stay overall at Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive while visiting Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure. Great location. The biggest issue I experienced was before I arrived. When I called to request a late check-in, I reached a call center instead of the hotel directly, and unfortunately my request was never relayed to the hotel. Thankfully, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, so everything was resolved without much trouble. One of the best amenities was the complimentary shuttle to Universal. It was truly the highlight of my stay because I didn’t have to move my car at all tbh, which saved both time and parking costs. My only suggestion would be to offer more pickup/drop-off times, especially a later evening shuttle. Having a shuttle after the parks close around 10 p.m. would allow guests to enjoy the nighttime shows without worrying about rushing back to catch the last shuttle. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. There were a few minor tears in the carpet, but nothing that affected my stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cold, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also better than expected. I’m glad I factored the hotel breakfast cost into my travel budget. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel is really clean

EACH FLOOR HAD A DIFFERENT SMELL. SOME QUITE STRONG. THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE IT WAS STEAM CLEANED WITH DIRTY WATER QUITE OFTEN. COULD BE FROM THE SHOWER SINCE THE CURTAIN DIDN'T FIT AND WATER SPRAYS ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND SHOWER HEAD WAS ABOUT TO FALL OFF AND LEAKED BADLY WITH NOT THREAD TAPE. NO MICROWAVES IN THE ROOMS. SEVERAL OF THE ICE MACHINES WERE NOT WORKING. ONE SQUARE OF TP WOULD CLOG THE TOILET AND WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR MAINTENANCE TO COME PLUNGE. THE SAME BREAKFAST BUFFET THAT IS FREE AT MOST HOTELS IS $19 PER PERSON. STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BUT WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN HAVING COME FROM TEXAS.

Everything was Great, Hate I had to pay for parking, but besides that Excellent.

Great staff and we loved the room but pool needs better maintenance
