Very clean and modern room. The AC had just broken when we arrived and the host had people already on their way to fix it, he offered us a drink voucher for the bar downstairs and it was fixed within 30 minutes of our arrival. He was very responsive to any messages. Great place to stay.

Very nice room and very convenient to the train station.

Amazing place to stay, stunning views and great staff.

While the location of the property was not in the best area (conveniently close to the train station, but more of a sketchy area), the actual room was very nice. There were multiple locked doors to get to the room which is good, and the room was very spacious and modern. Also was surprisingly quiet inside the room with the busy streets right outside.

Close to the train, easy to get around, helpful host. Good breakfast.

Everything perfect

This property is not staffed, and we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here overnight. While the location is convenient for access to the train station, the building itself is poorly maintained and felt unsafe. There were groups of people constantly congregating around the entrance, which made the environment uncomfortable. Given the location and atmosphere, we strongly feel the property should have on-site staff or security to provide guests with a greater sense of safety. Additionally, the automatic door code frequently did not work, and since there is no staff on-site, there was no immediate assistance available when issues arose. The walls were extremely thin, and the room condition was disappointing. We could clearly hear other guests through the walls and doors, as well as constant noise from the street throughout the entire night. Although the rooms appear stylish in the photographs, in reality the walls were heavily scuffed and gave the impression that the property was not clean or well maintained. The only positive aspect of this stay was the convenient location. Also, the booking stated that bottled water would be provided only on the first day. We received water on the first day, but none was provided on the second day.

decent hotel. it does the job. no bed bugs, comfy bed. breakfast was excellent.

The room is very n8ce clean and modern. It is also very close to trsin statio, Metro and busses, literally 2 minutes walk to all of them. The bus from the sirport stops right outside the hote. Unfortunately, i did not meet any of the staff at the hotel but were very easy to contact via WhatsApp. Definitely stay there again if going to Naples.

Check in was horrible and the host was rude and demanding.
