Everything was great but the sidewalks outside adjacent to the property. They were disgustingly dirty with bird feces, urine and trash. Smelled bad right outside the door. They should be washing the sidewalks around the building.

We had a wonderful stay at the Notary Hotel! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and great location!
I especially want to recognize one of the staff members, Betzabeth. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had everything we needed, and her genuine warmth and positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you Betzabeth and the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. It was our first time in Philadelphia and we would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend the Notary Hotel!

Only complaint would be needing thicker pillows. We got more from the front desk but be ready if you have multiple travelers.

The coffee station and the restaurant selection of food were minimal and the coffee was basically like drinking colored water. $ 5.00 for one bagel with nothing on it and anytime we went to get one they never had one . Other than that the stay was great.
