Perfect hotel! Enjoyed 7 days in this beautifully renovated hotel with my fiancée, it was absolutely lovely. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast was a highlight, with so many options (+ some gluten free ones which were appreciated as I am celiac). Also many things to do at and close to the hotel, including tennis at Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. Lovely staff there as well (Maggy :) was amazing), great courts and coaches!

Beautiful hotel, unfortunately the breakfast buffet lets it down. Definitely not 5 star standards. Very limited hot food choices, and the quality of the produce is poor.

Everything was amazing in this recently re-vamped hotel…except the constant noise. I like music, but I don’t like the constant throb of beats…everywhere! It’s by the “quieter” pool all the time, in the lobby, in the restaurants, in the beach club Lucia. It’s only at breakfast that there’s any respite. I reckon it’s all AI created as this wasn’t anything recognisable - the modern day equivalent of the “mural” you used to get in lifts. I’ve been going to this hotel for more than 20 years and I shan’t be returning unless it changes its music policy

Excellent hotel. Helpful polite staff. Wonderful room, could do with a Drench head shower though. Going again in September.

My second time at this hotel and it has been renovated beautifully. Had and issue with our room at check in. Single beds after multiple pre requests for a king bed and crumbs on the floor. Took a exceptionally long time and a manger request to get this resolved, but we got there. All round a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a lovely setting but a few niggles I would highlight other than our check in issue. By 9am all pool beds are gone, but no one actually on them. People throw a hat or book on them and head off to breakfast. I counted two people at the pool at 8.50am but not a single free bed. Pool staff on site do not police this whatsoever and allow it every day. Very frustrating in a hotel of this calibur. Breakfast staff don't come near you to offer tea coffe etc. You have to wave them down or catch one who is frantically running past you. It's also extremely busy after 9.30am and the egg/omelette que is off putting. Maybe they should make people book breakfast slots to minimise this stampeed. Hotel beach club never has any space for hotel guests as they allow so many outside bookings. On the plus side the breakfast selection is great. Hotel check in staff etc were very friendly. Room service and turn down service was fantastic. Lovely decor and good music at weekends I will certainly return as we have a great stay overall.

Stunning property. Gorgeous views of the Mediterranean and Africa (on clear days). Pools, beach, and onsite restaurants were all top quality. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Would definitely consider coming back if we have the chance.

Everything was great

This is not a cheap property however for a larger resort everything was amazing. Room (we upgraded to a one bedroom residence room) , service , food , and amenities were all first rate . There are two beach clubs including the famous Nikki Beach clubs with large pools right on the beach and both are family friendly with great service and food . All round I would highly recommend this property for a high end vacation with lots to do
