Overall well maintained hotel that is very close to Central Square and different amenities. My only complaint is that when room service cleaned - they didn’t replace the lotion or the empty body wash for two days. When I called down to the desk they helped right away. Overall though, I enjoyed the hotel experience and would stay here again.

とても良い Hotel is clean and nice, but lightly staffed. This is a no frills hotel that appears to be focused on business travelers. The $25 “destination fee” is uncalled for and should be eliminated. This hotel is a small step above a budget motel / hotel.

最高 The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean . The ac could be loud but we were able to shut off and open window. Walking distance to so many things. Great location.

I’ve now stayed at Le Méridien Cambridge more than once, and it never disappoints. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. the same warm and welcoming woman at the reception desk greeted me again this year, and she continues to go above and beyond in every interaction. That kind of consistency and genuine care for guests is rare and really makes a difference.
The location is another standout. Centrally situated, you’re within easy reach of everything Cambridge has to offer, no fuss, no long commutes, just walk out the door and you’re there.
If you’re looking for a hotel that combines great service with an unbeatable location, Le Méridien Cambridge delivers. Highly recommended.

Heat was set to 76 F in the room - cleaning staff sitting on the floor in hallway so had to try to move around them with roller bag. Only 1 water glass in bathroom. Wish lightning was better in the bathroom- hard to see to put on make up.
Great location but small things could be fixed easily to make hotel better.
