The hotel is located in a neighborhood that I wouldn’t recommend, unsafe at all times. Most of the staff service was not helpful (only the restaurant staff gets kuddos). Although the rooms were fairly new, the shower door is very small and the bathroom floor gets very wet. Elevator takes a long time to arrive and it’s difficult to get a taxi because the streets are very narrow. Get some other place!

The hotel was really nice. The room was very nice and clean. The location was awesome. The staff was very helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was really good. And the pool bar was very nice, though. The pool was small, but the bar and seating area was nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, loved their breakfast & coffee!! Pool bar staff very nice and friendly. Good service! Food from their restaurant was great as well . Had to walk quite a bit from where aerobús left us to the hotel but a taxi would probably leave you closer. Since many taxi drivers don’t want to drive on the small streets. .

Room was like a cupboard.
Informed it was my partners birthday and was given a room that was tiny and a window facing an a wall
Left hotel the next day and this hotel has taken money out my bank after we left.

I’ll write a review later once I return home from holiday & which thankfully continues on at a far better property in terms of quality & very impirtantky decent customer service which this hotel sadly lacks in fir done of its staff & in particular one of its managers Mark. Extremely disappointing & not what I expect at all of Leonardo. Because if his behaviour towards me alone, let alone anything else I would not recommend AT ALL! I will be making a formal complaint as well & once I’ve enjoyed the rest of my holiday.

Nice hotel with a rooftop pool - very good for Barcelona - the area is not the best but it’s ok. Only gripes were the lifts and which had a mind of its own and the showers ovss was flowed in both our and our friends room - maintenance came but made no difference.
