The hotel was beyond expectations! We booked a club marina view room with access to the lounge, was well worth the upgrade. The room was on floor 22 and had spectacular views of the marina with a floor to ceiling window. The lounge access was amazing, breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and drinks all day!! The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly.
Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again

The hotel is in the perfect location to take in the Marina Bay Area with great views from the Marina Bay rooms which is why we always book Mandarin. Breakfast is fantastic with many varieties and the staff are always polite, helpful and professional. Our room had a minor issue which couldn’t be quickly resolved. As a result we were upgraded which was much appreciated and showed the staff and management wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you to Sara in the club Lounge for arranging the upgrade and always being a warm and engaging host and always being incredibly professional. We will be back as this is where we stay in Singapore.

Excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Arrived very early with our flight from Paris, we were able to gain access to half day rate which was welcomed. The service at this hotel was outstanding. All staff exceptionally polite and helpful. Bar and restaurants on site and the pool was one of the best I’ve visited. We had a view of the bay from our room. All in all a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

It might not look amazing from the outside but the rooms, breakfast, try the reception level cake shop! Wow brilliant cakes and sandwiches on offer The hotel is stunning and we will happily come back to stay. Bed was really good.

A nice but not, I’m afraid, an exceptional hotel. I feel it is starting to show its age (especially in the décor and the cracked tiles at the driveway entrance), and the bedroom itself was more cramped than I had expected. This negative view may be somewhat colored by the fact that we booked a club room but were unable to take advantage of the club facilities because the receptionist gave us room keys that did not give access to the club floor. It was only when we asked the (super-helpful) concierge that the benefits of the club room were explained to us, and by the time new keys were issued, it was already too late for us to use them. They serve really great breakfasts in the main downstairs dining room, however!
