The room was nice and was spacious for a one bedroom.
On arrival, there was no hot water.
I informed reception and was told that the mains water had been turned off by the council and the water would be hot later in the evening. This did not happen and the following morning there was still no hot water.
I understand that something like this may be beyond your control, but as someone who works in hospitality, I can see that you don’t have a procedure in place for unplanned events. I’m not impressed as I’d travelled for 11 hours and couldn’t have a hot shower either in the evening or following morning.
For the price charged per night it’s not unreasonable to expect this.

Unit was nice. Staff were lovely. Shopping centre just across the road which is very handy. Light breakfast nook was a bonus. Would stay again for the location and convenience.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location walking distance to Chermside shopping center. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. The only negative was a slight unpleasant smell walking into the room. Not sure what that was.

I had a wonderful stay, with everything I needed. Spacious, with everthing I needed to cook a light meal. The brekkie to go was wonderful with a great coffee machine.

最高 Great location near Chermside plaza. Good under cover parking. The included’Grab and Go’ breakfast which included cereal , canned fruit ,bread and jam etc which you collect near reception and take to your apartment to prepare was a good inclusion. One bedroom apartment was very spacious. Staff were very helpful. Good WiFi.
