Great staff, hotel let down by very noisy street outside of window. Late night deliveries causing frequent wake ups.

One of my favourites. My happy place! I always think for some reason, it won't be as nice this time, but they deliver each time. Lovely big rooms, great deco, a wonderful ambience and reasonable prices. The breakfast set up is fantastic serving everything from an array of fresh fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, traditional Spanish treats, cold meats as well as, organic nuts and cereals and a vast baked goods station. During my last visit they was a gentleman at the eggs station who obviously didn't want to be there (telling people at 8am to ring a bell), much better service this time.

Spacious, bright and clean room, with friendly staff. stayed here for work and it was v convenient. Gym was functional. would stay again

We were on a girls trip, I stayed here with my best friend. Beautiful hotel, walkable area with a local feel. Bathrooms were large and private, which is important for 2 friends, I found some of the other 5 star hotels are more couple friendly than friend friendly with accommodations. The individual beds are side by side, with a small space in between. I would stay here again, 10/10 recommend.

What a fantastic hotel option in Madrid! The property has a music/rock and roll theme and was modern, well-equipped and absolutely spotless. The location in the financial district had good access to restaurants etc and was close to a Metro station. We found the staff professional and very helpful. And, compared to another 5* hotel we stayed in in Madrid the week prior (which was exactly twice the price), the Barcelo Imagine was better in every regard. One minor note - the indoor parking lot felt almost unusable to us; we found the turns and spaces so tight so as to almost be impossible to navigate with our relatively small vehicle....

Excellent stay. Convenient to mass transit. Staff was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel Bar and facilities are really great and they have aged super well, a great place to say in Madrid
