スタッフが親切でした。飲食店のほとんどが休業中で夕食難民になりかけましたが、無料で借りたホテルの自転車で街を回りおいしいカツオ料理を食べることができ助かりました。朝食バイキングは、上品に小皿に盛り付けてあって取り易い工夫がされており、美味しくいただきました。

口コミで建物は古いとあったので覚悟していた分、許容範囲でした。ダブルの部屋を2つ予約しましたが1つの部屋は壁紙が破れていたのでそこは何とかしてほしいと思いました。清掃はきちんとされていましたしDHCのシャンプーなども良かったです。楽しみにしていた食事は期待以上でした。2食付きプランをお願いしましたが夕食はサラダ、メインは肉か魚、パンかライスを選んで、スープとデザートとドリンクが付いているコース料理でした。スタッフの方もとても感じの良い方で料理も美味しく幸せな時間を過ごしました。１７時１番に予約をして長居はせず40分ほどでお店を出ましたが早い時間だった為、貸切状態でした。夕食が美味しかった分、朝食の期待はさらに上がりました。口コミ通りドリンクも料理の種類も多く、郷土料理もあり、コロナ禍で観光が出来なかった分、ホテルで高知を楽しむことができました。もちろんアルコール、手袋でブッフェであっても感染症対策バッチリでした。幸せな気分で帰ることが出来ました。本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

Orient Hotel Kochi is good choice in Kochi city. The location is very convenient to explore the city. The staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel room we stayed was very clean and neat and service was excellent.

Great location, restaurants and shopping area are within 10 mins walking distance. And the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended

We made a reservation for a twin room and asked for a bigger twin at check in. The front desk told us we can update for $40 so we paid. Everything in the room was old and dingy, the sink in the bathroom was cracked and faucets moved back and forth. Judging from our impression of the property, we thought other rooms would be the same condition. A more desirable property nearby was closed for renovation. Our breakfast, however, was excellent. The buffet offering with salad, fruits, and local delicacies were fresh and delicious.

Very varied satisfying breakfast. Roons quite roomy by Japanese standards.

Simple no frills room included above average breakfast buffet selection. Stayed in a single room which suits 1 person. Hotel could use a refresh but you get what you pay for and I'd rather they keep the price down as there are plenty of overpriced rooms in this city

Hotel is next to the train station. Big room compared with other hotels. The breakfast is great!

We stayed one night and got to experience an awesome festival day in Kochi just 5-10 minutes from the Hotel. It's close to Kochi Castle and easy to reach by tram (tram-stop) right outside.
