A beautiful little hotel in the heart of Kuta. A great pool, clean room with excellent water pressure in the shower and very efficient air con. Very centrally located in Kuta within east walking distance of Kuta beach, Waterbom Park, etc. I stayed there with my kids and highly recommend staying here.

The staff ate great, breakfast isn't the best though, we went out most morning, rooms ate clean, great location.

Rooms were clean and tidy, pool was clean and swam multiple times,

It's a okay-ish hotel for the price. Stayed for a night.

Staff was amazing definitely would stay again

The place is clean good staf helpful and alwas smiling. Its run down but repairs are happening. Locations is good.

Overall, it's a fairly nice, older property. It typically takes about 5 minutes for water to get hot in the shower. Power options are limited - none by the bed. Adding some USB outlets would be a great and inexpensive addition. There is a bit of a gap underneath the door leading to the balcony, and that definitely let's in noise from the pool/courtyard area. Also the potential for bugs as well although thankfully, I didn't experience any. Extra points for the safe, YouTube on the TV, and a terrific location near some of the best areas people would like to visit, and yet virtually no traffic noise.

Great location, staff are excellent, easy to walk everywhere. Hotel is need some tlc, its getting a little run down, but its a little gem.
