とても良い Very good place to stay. My only issue is the lack of shuttle from the airport. One has to take a relatively costly taxi, or a reasonably priced train to the town and then walk to the hotel over bumpy paving stones.

最高 The staff was friendly and helpful. The receptionist enquired about our plans and gave us ideas of places to go. The rooms were clean. Shampoo and bodywash dispensers are in the shower. Close to the train station (10 minute walk). Breakfast was a cold Dutch breakfast and was good. There's a large indoor and outdoor mall about a 15 minute walk down the street from the hotel. Lots of stores (Primark, H&M etc) and food options.

Basic hotel with breakfast and room. Comfortable enough for a short city break. It's not the most accessible by public transport but still manageable

Check in was smooth. We were greeted by two very nice gentlemen who offered great advice for using the train and recommend a closer bus stop. They were very helpful. I was very disappointed to find the listing was not accurate when mentioning that a free airport shuttle was available. The free shuttle was the deciding factor in booking this hotel. It cost more than $40usd for a short 7km drive.
The hotel was well kept and clean. I appreciate that 2 sets of pillows, soft and firm, were offered in each room and coffee makers and accessories were also available in the rooms. We left early before breakfast was being served but the kind lady at check out offered to grab us bananas and apples to take with us. Great staff! Very clean. Really disappointed about not having a shuttle but would still stay here again because the staff was so great!

The property is good overall, but the location is difficult to reach by public transport. The breakfast offered a decent variety, and the room was clean and well maintained. However, the biggest drawback was the lack of a cupboard or wardrobe in the room, which made storing luggage and clothes inconvenient.

Everything was good..a curtesy shuttle to the airport would have been useful. The beds were not comfortable I fortunately but the room itself was adequate. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made the beds and lack of shuttle seem minor.
