良いパートナーと滞在
The front desk staff were amazing! However, the property could use some help. We stayed on the first and last night's of our trip. The first night the shower leaked everywhere, and the air conditioner barely worked. The second night the shower drained SO slowly. Both nights the rooms were super cute, with a loft area for the kids to sleep in and different decor/themes.

Though check-in was excellent and the linen was clean, the hotel bedroom requires a total re-fit. In fact, I do believe that there were more cracks in Room 274 than in Pompeii! Cracked tiles in the shower, cracked tiles on the side of the bath, cracked washbasin surround, flickering lights in the bathrooms and two steps to reach the toilet - not ideal for 60+ year olds in the middle of the night. Was there a better room available, I'm not sure? It is Europa Hotel's nearness to the railway station and the Central Coach Park is its main advantage.
The price was high - given the poor quality of the room.
The breakfast was good - but the 'self-serve' was more like feeding prisoners in a work-camp! (18+ eyes watching). Give us a break guys ... if we're paying 112 Euros a night, we're not likely to be serial kleptomaniacs.

Handy location near the central station with even the Duomo only 20 minutes away. Airport bus is five minutes away, as is the metro. Plenty of dining options in the neighbourhood.

少しがっかり Had booked a room but looked different to images. Asked for room change to the one shown on images was told no. Was told "images online are not what you get". They refused card to pay for tourist tax and said cash only and to go to atm where I had to pay a fee to withdraw - very odd as they had a card machine but refused to accept card. You are also not allowed to take your room key out of the hotel.

Okay hotel but in a terrible location. Very dirty surroundings and lots of sketchy and noise people until the late hours in alleys and streets surrounding the building which travel directly to rooms.

Hotel is walking distance to Naples central train station (situated just opposite side of the road) and close to Garibaldi metro station.
Breakfast was good ,with typical Italian taste of food and fresh tomatoes in the morning and homemade cakes.
Few coffe shops very close to the hotel.
Staff helpful.
Strongly recommend.

Just weird. If someone said to the designer:every function, make it smaller and more awkward, then this would win. From finding your room to just shuffling around in it because it's so small to the lifts which are tiny to breakfast which is pathetic. Hot food, don't help yourself, the staff will serve you to limit your consumption. And the choices are tiny and poor so who cares? And no coffee in room, no kettle etc. I could go on. At length. Dreadful place.
