Yes I do understand the hotel is pet friendly but the elevator smelled like dog with no fresh breathing air. The room outlet was broken, used bar soap, half eaten Hershey chocolate, no towel, no TV remote. Booked through expedia and was charged and they doubled charged me again at check in even tho I provided proof of payment with my expedia receipt. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and they need to do better in ALL AREAS!!!!

The online booking said that check in was from 11 am to midnite. I arrived at 10 45 pm to discover no one at the check in counter, the counter window was closed and locked and I was directed to a phone to call the operator. After waiting ten minutes for that operator to get someone to come ad check me in, I called him again and once again was told someone was on the way. After another 10 minute wait, I left to find lodging somewhere else. It's hard to give someone money when they won't show up to take it . . . .

They refused to check me in making me walk a mile away to home2 who took me right now. Don’t spend a single penny at this hotel.

Checked in and checked out within 20 minutes. This place is disgusting, smells, and is soiled with stains throughout.

Please never stay here full of roaches, dangerous area, and the guests were very loud and sketchy cancelled my reservation right after I walked into the second room that I was going to be put in the first one was absolutely disgusting and saw roaches walking on the sofa
