Once again, we had a delightful stay. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we were surprised to receive some very yummy cake and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The staff are absolutely outstanding, extremely pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The room was excellent, with a surprise view of the Harbour Bridge, even though it was one of the cheaper options! I can't fault the hotel, worth every cent:)

My favourite Sydney Hotel. Great location, friendly staff and well appointed rooms. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly, especially the nice welcome from Taki. Room was comfy and the areas within the hotel were nice for relaxing and dining. The $2 oyster happy hour deal between 5 & 6pm is great! Very friendly service in the restaurant too, the Wednesday evening fish special was delicious.

Our room was noisy we could hear the loud trains and road noise all night. When booking I asked for a quiet room in the requests section as my daughter was getting married and we wanted to have a restful night. I rang the night manager and he assured us we were in a quiet room. Our room was not ar all quiet, so loud we couldn’t sleep we were situated at the end of the building close to the road and harbour bridge. We could hear people screaming and yelling outside at various times in the night.

Amazing location - combining walkable distance to everything with a quiet little pocket of The Rocks. The staff were probably the best I’ve ever seen, super professional, attentive, helpful and good to have a bit of a laugh with! My husband and I truly appreciated everything, staying there for our third wedding anniversary. The breakfast is awesome - best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had! There room we booked was modest, but it had everything we needed! The dinner menu was delicious and fresh and again the staff were absolutely lovely. Just an awesome place to stay. Thank you to all the staff, cleaning crew, chefs and all, you guys made our stay just wonderful. Thank you. We’d recommend this place to everyone! 🙏✅🥂💯

Wonderful hotel under the Sydney bridge, quiet, yet with in walking distance of The Rocks and Quay. Hotel is literally on the waterfront, so wonderful views. Highlty recommend the hotel

From the time we arrived until we checked out two days later the hotel staff were amazing. A special shout out to Fin who went above and beyond to make our stay special with kind words and kind gestures. The room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Staff were very attentive. Happy Hour with cut price cocktails and oysters was a wonderful surprise and a fabulous way to watch a sunset over the water…..in good weather.

The location is outstanding, walking distance to Sydney’s main sights. We really appreciated the room upgrade and cake to celebrate our anniversary.
