Rooms were clean but if you need extra toweles and blankets good luck hearing back from the staff. No communication at all...

This is a very clean & nice hotel. They have a great breakfast every day! I would LOVE IT MORE if their rooms had a comfy chair for reading. It’s the only thing lacking! Everything else is A-okay.

I wanted a room with 2 double beds. They gave me a room with 1 bed, and said they were “sold out’ of two doubles…..(World Cup crowd). I didn’t appreciate being bumped from my advance reservation, but I do like this hotel. They obviously wanted to maximize their $$ for the World Cup. I get it. This was the first time I was unhappy with anything at this hotel after 3 -4 stays. It’s ok! I’ll stay there again.

This is a great little hotel for a quick in & out. Rooms are very clean. Daily clean sheets! Good shower…very clean bathrooms & linens. A fabulous buffet breakfast every morning. Friendly staff at front desk. The rooms are comfortable . There’s a clean an adequate tabletop desk and good lighting for working. Great lighting. There’s no comfy chair or easy chair for comfy reading. But other than that, this is a great little hotel. Hopefully they will add a comfy chair to their rooms sometime soon!!!

dirty room

The place is conveniently located neat subway station. The rooms were lesn and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful. The place was functional. Breakfast area was a little messy but what can you expect when so many guests took advantage of it? Our particular room was kind of dirty when we checked in. The bed was made but there was trash and crumbs about. However, the shower was great and stayed hot the whole time. The bed was uncomfortable and made sleep difficult.

The breakfast was great.
