A dated property but good value. Excellent staff. No shuttle bus as mentioned in the review and no safes. Excellent location.

Great location

Good location. Everything is walking distance or a short motorbike taxi ride.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Gigi and Kim at the reception desk. They made everything clear and super easy to understand.

The room was kept clean, staff were exemplary, the facility is dated but well kept.

Pros - Walking distant to the beach and Soi 6 Cons - Breakfast is more geared towards lunch. On my last day stay I went to pick up a bowl since I decided to try the yogurt. When I picked up the bowl, the underneath had a live roach and ran towards the toaster. After seeing that, I felt disgusted. Room Service wasn’t great at all. I asked for towels my first day and 3rd day. Towels never showed up so I had to walk to the lobby to retrieve some. Reserved a king bed and found two twins pushed together. One twin bed would separate from the other causing a gap in between the two since they didn’t use a king mattress. Pillows and bed hard. Lawn landscaping can use some up keep.

Old hotel but clean room , not over priced

Nice relaxing place, close to the beach and all the night life.
