Issues with their TV’s. They did accommodate new rooms for us but it took over an hour of negotiations to get the front desk to call the manager & figure it out for a family with young kids.

Air conditioning was not working in room after 1st night, and it became a long process to get placed in another room, having to pack up everything and set up again as part of our 12 day road trip. Bathroom was not well maintained as well. This was the first Marriott property we've stayed in that we felt the value simply was not worth what we paid.

I had a very challenging trip with a car break down so I was unable to stay my first night. I called the hotel to let them know, in the middle of the car chaos, and the staff was so nice. When I arrived the next evening, I was greeted courteously and ,y room was clean and quiet.

最高 Great hotel, clean nice lobby, my only suggestion is to have the bistro open for lunch food is very good!
