Large room, comfortable room and good water pressure. No water or refrigerator in the room but there's a lounge on the second floor, open to all guests, where both are available (I believe).

とても良い Arrogant staff, low level of service attitude. Penalty of NTD 200 per hour if you check out late, and NTD 200 for a lost key is highway robbery.

It was my first time out of the country and I was scared of not being able to get around or get help, but as soon as I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful I will definitely rebook here again if im ever back in Taiwan.

No frill hotel but very clean, efficient, and easy going. Very little food in the immediate vicinity but Uber Eats comes quickly and lots of choices on nearby Shengli Rd, 10 min walk away. Not near all the scenic spots so need to rely on cabs or Uber.

Great hotel. A short walk from the train station but kind of in the opposite direction of the city centre. But there are good restaurants and bars around the hotel. Check in was easy and the room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which looks like it used to have a bathtub. The 2nd floor lounge was a nice area to relax as well.
