Rooms were pretty gross, floors and walls had gunk all over them, shower had someone else's hair.

少しがっかり They took my credit card payment way in excess of what was posted, then an additional 490.00 unauthorized payment. Nite staff person she was very rude and abrupt. Room was cold and would not heat more without a plug in heater. Day staff she was awesome

The room was fine except the floor could have used a cleaning. A larger carpet at the door would have been helpful. The room rates are excellent and the staff are terrific.

The room was decently equipped with amenities such as a stove, fridge, kitchen area and sitting area. The bathroom was not clean! The toilet was dirty, the shower stall had obviously not been cleaned.
The entire room was covered in cigarette burns. Every piece of furniture had a cigarette burn in it.
Will definitely not stay there again and would not recommend.

The room too old and not worth that price .i was expecting a nice room. Also cant sleep laoud music till 4 am.
